ABSTRAKKasus bullying di Indonesia yang terjadi di sekolah dari tahun 2011 sampai 2014 tercatat sebanyak 1.480 kasus. Faktor penyebab tindakan bullying perlu diidentifikasi untuk mencegah tingginya angka bullying di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tindakan bullying pada anak usia sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelatif melalui pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh anak usia sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Syiah Kuala. Teknik sampling purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 94 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Mei - 6 Juni 2015. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert dengan metode wawancara. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi Square (2x2) dengan Confidence Interval 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara faktor individu (P-value = 0,000), faktor keluarga (P-value = 0,000), faktor teman sebaya (P-value = 0,003), faktor sekolah (P-value = 0,048), faktor media (P-value = 0,042) dengan tindakan bullying pada anak usia sekolah. Diharapkan pihak sekolah dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan di sekolah dan memberikan bimbingan konseling pada anak pelaku bullying, bagi orangtua agar menghindari memberi hukuman dengan kekerasan.Kata kunci: Bullying, anak usia sekolah, factor. ABSTRACTThe bullying cases in Indonesia existing at schools since 2011 to 2014 were recorded for 1.480 cases. The causing factors of bullying actions need to be identified in order to prevent the high incident of bullying at schools. The objective of this research was to identification the relation of factors which influence bullying actions at school-age children in Elementary Schools of Syiah Kuala Subdistrict in Banda Aceh. The design of research used was descriptive correlation through a cross sectional study approach. The population was school-age children on Elemantary Schools in Syiah Kuala Subdistrict. The technique sampling was purposive sampling with the total sample of 94 respondents. The collection of data was conducted on May 22 until June 6, 2015. The instrument of data collections was questionnaires in likert scale with method is interview. Data analysis was used Chi Square test (2x2) with Confidence Interval of 95% (α = 0,05). The results of the research shows that there is a correlation between individual factor (P-value = 0,000), familial factor (P-value = 0,000), a peer factor (P-value = 0,003), a school factor (P-value = 0,048), media factor (P-value = 0,042) by bullying action in school children. It is expected that the school can improve discipline and provide counseling guidance to children bullying, for parents to avoid punish by violence.Keywords: Bullying, school-aged children, factors.
