<![CDATA[High risk of pregnancy is a condition at risk for pregnant women that proses a threat to the lifa and health of the mother and fetus. The incidence of high risk pregnancy in Indonesia is still high around 15.000 out of 4,5 million women experience complication. This research to determine the factors associated with high risk pregnancy.This research using analytical methods to determine the cause of factors associated with high-risk pregnancy in maternity homes Tri Tunggal North Jakarta 2017. This research using quantitative approach and case control study by sampling the entire population, the sample is 328 people, by comparison 1:1 and secondary data retrieval. There are 164 people who had high risk pregnancies. There isrelation between maternal age (P Value 0,009 ; OR 2,003), mother parity (P Value 0,030 ; OR 1,809), history of labor (P Value 0,011 ; OR 1,804), body mass index (P Value 0,011 ; OR 1,803) with high risk of pregnancy in maternity homes Tri Tunggal North Jakarta 2017. Risk facktor is mother age with value OR 2,003. There is relation between maternal age, mother parity, history of labor, body mass index with high risk of pregnancy. There is no relation between pregnancy distance with high risk of pregnancy. It is expected tahat every health care provider wil provide more information or counseling about the high risk of pregnancy to pregnant women, so as to reduce the mortality and morbidity of mother and baby.]]>
