Although the development in the field of information technology is so fast, but it doesn’t change the existence of television as a means of entertainment and information for many people in Indonesia. By being proven through the high rating of Dunia Terbalik Soap Operas and being the favorite soap opera of television viewers, it can be a benchmark for the existence of television as a means of entertainment. The high rating can instead be used as a commodification tool for television. The Dunia Terbalik Soap Opera tells about the displacement of gender roles between male and female actors, where the woman who acts as a wife has complete control over her family's economy. The theme of storytelling in Dunia Terbalik Soap Operas is rarely touched by the team worker of soap operas so that the soap opera is in demand by television viewers. This study was designed through a qualitative approach using literature studies, observations and related party interviews in the Dunia Terbalik Soap operas, researchers also sought the meaning of role exchanges in the Dunia Terbalik Soap Opera by using Semiotics Analysis so that it could find that the impact of many entertained television viewers saw an exchange of roles in The World Dunia Terbalik Soap Operas is used to bring advertisements that are part of the story in the Dunia Terbalik Soap Opera, so that proves that the soap opera becomes a political economy tool that is commodification of the contents for the Dunia Terbalik Soap Opera on RCTI.

There have been many changes from time to time in fish resources in the waters of the South China Sea. These changes are caused by irresponsible people who carry out illegal fishing or commonly called illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing (IUU-fishing). Handling and eradication of illegal fishing will support the targets needed in economic development programs maritime based. In addition, illegal fishing in an exclusive economic zone, specifically in the South China Sea, not related to fishing will have an impact on losses, moreover more worrying is the matter of the Republic of Indonesia's sovereignty at stake. Not being able to eradicate and provoke illegal means that the dignity and national dignity in the eyes of the international community will be even worse. The government needs to improve and improve the oversight problem that controls fish resources in Indonesian fisheries by foreign vessels and national fishing vessels. In addition, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries needs to formulate steps set out in the rules and eradicate illegal fishing practices. Based on this description, there are two questions that will be answered in this study, namely: (1) What is the policy and coordination system between government institutions in combating illegal fishing in Indonesia's Exclusive Economic Zone, especially in the South China Sea? (2) Why is the practice of illegal fishing in Indonesia's Exclusive Economic Zone, specifically in the South China Sea difficult to overcome, and what are its weaknesses? Where this research uses qualitative methods, which consist of writings either books, journals, or mass media. And can also consist of words and writings from people who are close intact, in other words the data include descriptive data.

In Act No. 13, 2003 on employment stated does not regulate the time of retirement and the retirement age limit for private-sector workers. In article 167 paragraph 1 of the employment LAW is mentioned that one reason for termination of employment is because workers have entered the retirement age.. The results of the research are comprehended, that the retirement age limit is not regulated and expressly stipulated in the Manpower Act, but implied in article 154 letter C of Act No. 13/2003, that the retirement age limit shall be governed or Agreement, company regulation or cooperation agreement, or for certain departments governed by statutory regulations. If not regulated, it can refer to the law that is practiced in some companies, while in the form of legal certainty as an effort to prevent disputes of interest age limit is reviewed from the case 190/PDT.Sus-PHI.G/2018/PN.JKT.PS. The judge's verdict in the case is already reflecting justice because it considers that PKB is an autonomous law made by the entrepreneur with a labor union whose ordinance of manufacture and validity is governed by public law (heteronom) and can be proven by the agreement without leaving a dispute regarding the retirement age.

The objective of this research is to review negation expression for conversation in Minna no Nihongo I, Japanese textbook by Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis. Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis is a hypothesis which shows an interrelationship between language and the mind. In Japanese the relationship between the mind and language has created a language reality in which language influenced by the cultures of the Japanese society. The influencing cultures for example are to show friendliness, modesty and others or a part of the public humility face. The negative form expression is represented by words which shows kind words in the ordinary style of the Japanese Language and kind of words in Japanese communication style. The use of negative expression is based on who is talking to whom, from which he or she comes, and what is the status of the speaker and the hearer. The correct use of the expression reflect an understanding of the culture on Japanese society

Indonesia has many places for diving and surfing. Indonesia is a paradise for tourists to do diving and surfing. The problem then is legal protection for these activities. In 2018 the Minister of Tourism Decree No.3 has accommodated tourism activities for diving and surfing, this will increase protection for tourists. Under the Constitution of Indonesia (the Undang-Undang Dasar), the Constutional Court (the Mahkamah Konstitusi) has the authority to judge cases brought to the Court. The decision of the Court is final and binding. This time a law of the Helath (the Undang-Undang No. 32, 2002) was submitted to the court. This Law speaks about tobacco which is addictive and there has been an affirmative action to control its existences however, how much tobacco is damaging to health, that law was rejected by the 8 members of the court. In that law (the Undang-Undang Kesehatan No. 32, 2002), it obiviously was on purpose displaying only the form of the cigarette instead.

Implementation of Regional Head General Election (Pemilukada) that meets the quality of democracy is very much determined by the organizer of Pemilukada (Regional KPU), as the institution responsible for the implementation of the General Election itself. Legitimacy of Pemilukada can be damaged if the institution is in favor of one or several contestants, planning is not mature, the implementation of electoral stages is not neat, discriminatory voter registration, vote counting is not transparent and so on, it all depends on the credibility and integrity of the Pemilukada organizer. However, in practice conflicts of interest also often occur, when a KPU member has an emotional bond and / or debt with one candidate pair who has planted a favor or helped him when registering as a KPU candidate member. So often these alignments arise when the implementation of the General Election is held. From here this study intends to deepen the study of the neutrality of the DKI Jakarta Provincial KPU in the Implementation of the 2017 Governor Election, with the main issue of the neutrality of the DKI Jakarta Provincial KPU in the Implementation of the 2017 Governor Election. This research uses a qualitative research method, in which data sources are obtained by using literature and in-depth interviews.

EVA is the answer to better research methods on the company's operational performance. This is because EVA includes the value of capital costs in its calculations to find out the addition of the company's economic value. The problem studied is how the company value when measured by the EVA approach. Based on these problems, this study aims to analyze how the value of the company is measured by the EVA approach. The data used are secondary data from internal data sources collected through document review techniques. The analytical method used is a quantitative method, namely the analysis of data in the form of numbers or numbers with a comparison method in the form of systematic calculations, which are based on calculations or relevant formulas contained in the EVA concept. The results of research in 2014-2018 EVA PT ABC experienced fluctuations. On average PT. ABC can be said to have enough added value because the net profit after tax generated is greater than the cost of capital. And when compared with the standard, PT. ABC can be said to be good because of the positive EVA value. Suggestions given for this are the results that have been obtained from calculations using Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis should be able to encourage companies to continue to increase the value of the company so that it becomes better in the future. And for further researchers who want to conduct similar research, it is hoped that it should combine financial ratio analysis to assess the company's financial performance in terms of the company's operations, and also the Economic Value Added (EVA) method as a supporter of financial ratio analysis.

Asian hospitality has gained a reputation for excellence in quality of facilities and services over the past decade. The unique, lovely ways of Asian hospitality spring from its strong historical and cultural background. Asian cultures and their peoples have special hand-making skills and are detail orientated which can be seen from the products produced and services provided by Asian organizations. They have a strong cultural education in the sense of " kindness and giving ". This makes them well suited for providing the required unique services and able to respond to the demands of this new century. This paper aims to enhance the understanding of the influence that Asian cultures and values have on Asian hospitality. In addition, it focuses how it manifests itself in the uniquely Asian characteristic in the hospitality industry. The findings illustrate that Asian hospitality is well accepted worldwide and that a continued fine tuning is needed to create the perfect Asian hospitality experience. It is of an interest to both practitioners and academic educators in the hospitality management field.

The purpose of the BK career service at school is for students to know (describe) self-characteristics (interests, values, abilities and personality traits) from which all learners can identify areas of study and career appropriate With him, students gain an understanding of things related to the career world in which they are included, learners are able to identify various areas of education available that are relevant with various fields of work. There is a career in junior high School (SMP) there is a stage of growth in career selection based on individual stages of development, and preparing students early so as not to experience mistakes in future careers. In Donald E. Super's theory of age growth (0-14 years) begins physical and psychological growth, at this stage individuals begin to form attitudes and behavioural mechanisms that will then become important in their concepts. While the exploration phase of age (15-18 years) This stage began since the individual realized that the work is an aspect of human life. Individuals think of various career alternatives, but have not yet taken binding decisions. At this stage individuals begin to conduct self-study to try different roles, as well as to perform job browsing. The role of career guidance and counseling as an integrated as an ability and intellectual skill and special skills up to the maturity of a specific career. The presence of a Career guidance service program is to prepare, introduce, and provide information to students.
