<![CDATA[Perubahan peran yang dialami oleh ibu menyebabkan kerumitan dan ketika tidak dapat memenuhi peran dari keduanya maka ibu akan mengalami work family conflict. Dimana konflik peran yang terjadi ini mengakibatkan kelelahan emosional, keletihan, kegelisahan serta frustasi. Akibat dari terkumpulnya emosi negatif ini akan menyebabkan semakin menjauhnya diri mencapai kebahagiaan (happiness). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work family conflict dengan happiness pada ibu yang bekerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian adalah 91 orang ibu yang bekerja rutin , minimal 8 jam sehari, bekerja dalam intitusi formal (terikat tuntutan organisasi),  memiliki minimal 1 anak, dan tidak dibantu siapapun dalam mengurus keluarga. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan skala Work Family Conflict dan skala Authentic Happiness Questionnaire. Uji analisis menggunakan korelasi product moment pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai (r) sebesar -0,183 dengan p sebesar 0,041 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara work family conflict dengan happines.Yang berarti semakin rendah work family conflict maka akan semakin tinggi happiness begitupun sebaliknya semakin tinggi work family conflict makan akan semakin rendah happiness. Changes in the role of experienced by mother cause due to the complexity of and when were not able to fulfill the role of both so mother will experience work family conflict. Where conflict the role of this resulting in emotional exhaustion, weariness, uneasiness and frustrated. Results of negative emotions this will cause the more get themselves reached for happiness. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between work family conflicts with happiness upon the mother who works. The sampling method of collecting samples using purposive technique. Participants in this study 91 mother whose work is routine, and have minimum one child. A method of the data using a scale work family conflict and scale of authentic happiness questionnaire. The analysis using correlation product moment pearson. Research shows the (r) of -0,183 with p of 0,041 <0,05. This is shows that there was significant negative relationship between work family conflicts with happiness. This, means the lower work family conflict and to the higher happiness including on the contrary the high work family conflict eat the low happiness. ]]>
