Abstract

Abstract:At present the community is not only concerned with the Covid-19 campaign, the public must also be introspective of criminal acts. The crime phenomenon that is brought about by the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB), the perpetrators are mostly eczema programs issued by the government through the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. How not to worry, this problem that creates security vulnerabilities in the community, in the current conditions that are complicated by social vulnerability. This relates to the current economic conditions that are chaotic amid the corona virus pandemic or Covid-19, which requires a lot of, difficult life so that the potential for criminology is enormous. So no wonder the number will return.Keyword: Criminality, Covid-19, PSBB  Abstraksi:Saat ini masyarakat tak hanya dirisaukan dengan penyebaran Covid-19, masyarakat juga harus mawas diri dari aksi kriminalitas. Fenomena kejahatan ditengah kondisi PSBB ini, para pelakunya kebanyakan merupakan eks napi program asimilasi yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah melalui Kementerian Hukum dan HAM. Bagaimana tidak risau, kebijakan tersebut justru menimbulkan kerawanan keamanan ditengah masyarakat, dalam kondisi saat ini yang tengah panik dengan kerawanan social. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kondisi ekonomi saat ini yang carut-marut ditengah pandemic corona virus atau Covid-19, pengangguran yang banyak, hidup susah sehingga menjadikan potensi kriminologinya besar sekali. Maka tak heran sejumlah napi nekat berulah kembali.Kata Kunci: Kriminalitas, Covid-19, PSBB
