<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine the influence of Leadership, the atmosphere of Organization and Work Statisfaction To Performance Officer in The Sub-Distric Office of Marelan. This study uses three variables consisting of the dependent variable is Performance Employees (Y), while the independent variable is the Leadership (X1) and the atmosphere of Organization (X2) and Work Statisfaction (X3).This type of research is explanatory research through associative research, the research aims to clarify the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were all employees of the The Sub-Distric Office of Marelan. Methods of data collection is done by questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis was carried out with test data quality (reliability and validity), kelasik assumption test, t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study showed that: the impact of Leadership, the atmosphere of Organization and Work Statisfaction To Performance Officer in The Sub-Distric Office of Marelan strong and positive correlation coefficient (R) = 0.866 and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted Rsquare) of = 0.733 This means that the Performance Employees (Y) in The Sub-Distric Office of Marelan amounted to 73.3% influenced by the Leadership (X1) the atmosphere of Organization (X2) and Work Statisfaction (X3) together. The Leader is hope to be able to give the prize like Promotion to the employees with good achvement.]]>
