Abstract

Tugas pokok dosen adalah melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi, yaitu melaksanakan pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kinerja dosen yang berkualitas sangat dibutuhkan oleh organisasi perguruan tinggi khususnya Amik Medicom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh antara penilaian prestasi kerja, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap dosen tetap dan tidak tetap Yayasan Pendidikan Nasional Medicom. Jenis penelitian kuantiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 63 orang dan semua dijadikan menjadi sampel. Teknik pengambilan data melalui studi pustaka, kuesioner dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Perhitungan menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 17. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan penilaian prestasi kerja dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan nilai uji F adalah 132,970 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 80,1%. Disimpulkan bahwa penilaian prestasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen AMIK Medicom.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of Leadership, the atmosphere of Organization and Work Statisfaction To Performance Officer in The Sub-Distric Office of Marelan. This study uses three variables consisting of the dependent variable is Performance Employees (Y), while the independent variable is the Leadership (X1) and the atmosphere of Organization (X2) and Work Statisfaction (X3).This type of research is explanatory research through associative research, the research aims to clarify the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were all employees of the The Sub-Distric Office of Marelan. Methods of data collection is done by questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis was carried out with test data quality (reliability and validity), kelasik assumption test, t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study showed that: the impact of Leadership, the atmosphere of Organization and Work Statisfaction To Performance Officer in The Sub-Distric Office of Marelan strong and positive correlation coefficient (R) = 0.866 and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted Rsquare) of = 0.733 This means that the Performance Employees (Y) in The Sub-Distric Office of Marelan amounted to 73.3% influenced by the Leadership (X1) the atmosphere of Organization (X2) and Work Statisfaction (X3) together. The Leader is hope to be able to give the prize like Promotion to the employees with good achvement.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how Work Motivation and Work Competence Toward Performance of Medan City Culture Department Employees. This study uses three variables consisting of Performance variables namely Employees (Y), while the independent variables are Work Motivation (X1) and Work Competence (X2). This type of research is explanatory research through associative research, namely research that aims to explain the difference between two or more variables. The population in this study were all employees of the Medan City Culture Office received 38 civil servants. The method of data collection is done by literature study questionnaire, and observation. Data analysis conducted in this study was hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results showed that: (1) based on partial tests of Motivation Influenced the performance of Medan City Culture Department employees with a t test of 3.721. (2) Based on a partial competency test on the performance of Medan City Culture Department employees with a t test of 4.073. (3) Based on the Simultaneous test the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Competence on the Performance of Medan City Culture Office Employees with an F test of 62.332.

Abstract

The research was conducted to find out how the influence of compensation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Medan City Culture Service. This study uses three variables consisting of the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y), while the independent variables are compensation (X1) and organizational culture (X2). This study uses explanatory research methods through associative research, namely research that aims to explain the influence between two or more variables. The population in this study were all 38 employees of the Medan City Culture Service with the status of civil servants. Methods of data collection is done by literature study questionnaire, and observation. Data analysis carried out in this study was hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study showed that: (1) based on the partial test, compensation has an effect on the performance of Medan City Culture Service employees with a t-test of 3,724. (2) Based on the partial test, organizational culture affects the performance of Medan City Culture Service employees with a t-test of 4,065. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine the influence of Education and Compensation To the performance of lecturers at the Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy. This study uses two variables consisting of the dependent variable is Performance lecturers (Y), while the independent variable is the Education (X1) and Compensation (X2). This type of research is explanatory research through associative research, the research aims to clarify the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were all lecturers  of the  Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy amounted to 35. Methods of data collection is done by questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis was carried out with test data quality (reliability and validity), klasik assumption test, t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test). The results of the t test show that (1) education has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance with a t value of 5.676; (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers with a t value of 5.396 (3) The results of hypothesis testing show that education and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Medicom Academy of Informatics and Computers. The results of this study showed that: the impact of Education and Compensation To the performance of lecturers at the Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy positive correlation coefficient (R) = 0.691 and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted Rsquare) of = 0.478 This means that the Performance lecturers (Y) at the Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy amounted to 47.8% influenced by the Education (X1) and Compensation (X2) together.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of lecturer performance on student satisfaction at the Medicom Informatics and Computer Academy. In this study, there were two variables, including one independent variable, namely Lecturer Performance (X) and one dependent variable, namely Student Satisfaction (Y). This research was conducted on Medicom students, the number of samples in this study was 40 people. This type of quantitative research. And in this study intends to test the hypothesis in the hope of confirming or strengthening the assumptions that have been formulated which in turn can support the theory. Based on these assumptions, the type of research used includes Explanatory Research through associative research. Data collection techniques through literature study, questionnaires. The data analysis technique used hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The calculation uses SPSS for windows version 17. The results of the hypothesis test show that lecturer performance has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction with the tcount value of the Lecturer Performance variable being 2.755 while the ttable is 1.685. It was concluded that the lecturer's performance had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction at the Medicom Informatics and Computer Academy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving a pre-test and post-test on the learning outcomes of AMIK MEDICOM student research methods. This study uses three variables consisting of one dependent variable, namely Learning Outcomes (Y), while the independent variable is Pre-Test (X1) Post-Test (X2). The type of research used is explanatory research through associative research, namely research that aims to explain the influence between two or more variables. In this study, the population is students of the Academy of Informatics and Medicom Computers with Informatics Management Study Program Level 2 (two) semester 4 who study at Jl. Land No. 74 Medan totaling 254. The sample in this study was 30% of the population, namely 76 people. The data collection method was done by using a questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis was performed by testing data quality (validity and reliability), classical assumption test, t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test).

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the Effect of Distance Learning and Learning Motivation on the learning satisfaction of semester V students majoring in computerized Accounting. AMIK Medicom. This study used three variables consisting of bound variables, namely student learning satisfaction (Y), while the free variables were distance learning (X1) and learning motivation (X2). The type of research used is explanatory research through associative research, which is research that aims to explain the influence between two or more variables. The population in this study was students in semester V of the computerized accounting department of AMIK Medicom totaling 51 people. The data collection method is carried out with a questionnaire of literature studies, and observation. Data analysis carried out in this study is a hypothesis test with a t-test (partial test) and an F-test (simultaneous test). The results of this study were obtained that: (1) based on the partial test of Distance Learning Affects the learning satisfaction of students in semester V majoring in computerized Accounting with a t-test of 4,147. (2) Based on the partial test, learning motivation affects the learning satisfaction of students of AMIK Medicom with a t-test of 3,285. (3) Based on the Simultaneous test of the Effect of Distance Learning and Learning Motivation on the Learning Satisfaction of AMIK Medicom Students with an F test of 7,814.

Abstract

The development of information technology does not only play a role in the economic field, but also in the field of education. Today every employee at almost all levels of education is required to be technology literate, especially information technology. In addition to supporting educational activities, information technology literacy also supports teachers in solving administrative problems. Some of the software that can be used to support education and administrative issues are Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint software have many features that some users are still not familiar with. This is experienced by the Medan KPU Office employees who are not familiar with the tools that are widely provided in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint software. Some of the obstacles that are often encountered are the less than optimal use of the merge function in Word, the function of conditional formulas in Excel and animation, and multimedia in PowerPoint. This is the background for the dedicated team to provide training on "Microsoft Office Training for Medan KPU Office Employees". This activity was held at the Medan KPU Office with lecture methods and direct practice.

Abstract

Stockf investment is one investment that attracts a lot of investor interest. Even though there is a riskf becausef stocksare very sensitive to changesf that can have anf impact on stockf prices. However, stockf investment offersf benefitsf and very high return opportunities. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect oftradingf volume, earningsf per share, pricef tof bookf value, net profit margin on stock prices. The population of this studyaref food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2021. Thef number ofsamples in this researchf were 14 companies with purposive sampling method, namely sampling based on certain criteria.Thef analysisf uses multiple choicef regressionf with thef results showing that trading volume, earnings per share, price bookf value, and netf profit margin affect stockf prices. Based onf the resultsf of research that has been conducted on stock prices, the following conclusions can be drawn. From the simultaneous test results with the F testf it can be concluded thatf thef company's financialf performance as measured by trading volume, EPS,f PBV, andf NPM have an influencef onf stockf prices. From thef results of the partialf test or t test, it can be concluded that partially tradingf volumef and PBVvariables dof not significantly influence stockf prices. Whilef the EPSf and NPM variablesf have a significant influenceon stock prices. Keywords: trading volume, earningf per share, price to book value,f net profit margin to stockf price.
