<![CDATA[Abstrak. Analisis Kesiapan Masyarakat Pengguna Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Tentang Kawasan Tanpa Asap Rokok Provinsi Kalimantan Barat Tahun 2014. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kesiapan dalam kepatuhan terhadap penerapan KTR. Metodologi: Menggunakan desain penelitian Kuantitatif–Deskriptif, dengan metode potong lintang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dilingkungan Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang ada di Pontianak. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara non probability sampling dari cluster unit pelayan kesehatan pemerintah daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dan responden dipilih berdasar accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel 126 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil: Responden yang merokok 37,3%. Sebanyak 54,8% pengetahuan responden tentang dampak asap rokok dalam katagori kurang baik. Kesiapan responden dalam penerapan Perda KTR sebanyak 88,89% mendukung. Analisis variabel: Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang dampak asap rokok dengan kesiapan responden dalam menerima penerapan perda KTR, dengan analisis chi-square, nilai p = 0,037. Tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang KTR dengan kesiapan responden dalam menerima penerapan perda KTR, dengan analisis chi-square didapat nilai p= 0,949. Tidak ada hubungan antara sikap penolakan paparan asap rokok dengan kesiapan responden dalam menerima penerapan perda KTR, dengan analisis chi-square didapat nilai p= 0,379 (nilai Fisher’s Exact Test). Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar pengetahuan responden tentang dampak asap rokok dalam katagori kurang baik. Kesiapan responden dalam penerapan Perda KTR sebagian besar juga mendukung.     Abstract. Analysis of Community Readiness Health Care Facilities Users about No Smoking Area in Region West Kalimantan 2014. Purpose: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about No Smoking Area (KTR) in health care facilities for preparedness in compliance with the application of KTR. Methodology: Using Quantitative-Descriptive study design, with a cross-sectional method. This research was conducted in health care facilities within the province of West Kalimantan in Pontianak. The sampling technique is done in a non-probability sampling of clusters of local government health care unit of West Kalimantan Province and respondents were selected based on accidental sampling. Total samples 126 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Results: Respondents who smoke 37.3%. A total of 54.8% of the respondents knowledge about the effects of smoke in the category of less well. Readiness of respondents in the application of Regulation KTR as much as 88.89% in favor. Analysis of variables: There is a relationship between knowledge of the effects of cigarette smoke with the readiness of respondents to accept the application of regulations KTR, the chi-square analysis, the value of p = 0.037. There is no correlation between knowledge of KTR with the readiness of respondents to accept the application of the regulations KTR, the chi-square analysis obtained p = 0.949. There is no relationship between cigarette smoke exposure rejection by the readiness of the respondents in accepting the application of regulations KTR, the chi-square analysis obtained p value = 0.379 (the value of Fisher's Exact Test).
