<![CDATA[ABSTRAKKepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia yang diberikan wewenang melakukan penegakan hukum mengadopsi prinsip keadilan restoratif (Restorative Justice) yang merefleksikan keadilan sebagai bentuk keseimbangan hidup manusia. Tujuan Restoratif Justice sendiri adalah untuk menegakkan keadilan sebagaimana pepatah latin Fiat justisia ruat coelum “meski langit runtuh keadilan harus ditegakkan”. Proses Restoratif Justice mengepankan proses permasalahan pidana tanpa harus melalui peradilan pidana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum yuridis empiris, dengan cara memaparkan fakta dan menjelaskannya dengan bantuan hipotesis yang sesuai dengan hukum. Hasil pembahasan, yaitu: Proses Restorative Justice tersebut mengalami sejumlah hambatan dan tentu memiliki harapan yang merupakan solusi untuk penegakan hukum melalui Restorative Justice. Sehingga Impelementasi Restorative Justice dapat diterapkan dengan Regulasi dan pemahaman yang sama dan dapat menekan tingginya proses Penegakan Hukum yang harus di Proses di Peradilan, namun dapat diselesaikan dengan menjunjung keadilan.
