<![CDATA[The completeness of basic immunization is influenced by the attitude of the officers, in this case posyandu cadres. Posyandu cadres are the human resources of the community, which are considered to be the closest to the community around them. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of posyandu cadres and basic immunization completeness. The design of this study was cross-sectional. The population in this study were all mothers of infants aged 9-12 months in Padamulya Village, Cihaurbeuti Community Health Center, Ciamis Regency in 2019. The sample were 30 mothers of infants, selected by accidental sampling technique. The data collected were primary data obtained through filling out questionnaires and secondary data, then analyzed using the Chi-square test.. The results showed that the role of posyandu cadres in completeness of basic immunization was mostly in the poor category (46.7%), while the completeness of basic immunization was mostly in the incomplete category (63.3%). The results of data analysis using the Chi Square test showed a p-value of 0.001, so it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship between the role of the posyandu cadre and basic immunization completeness. It is recommended that posyandu cadres can increase their participation in posyandu programs. Keywords: posyandu cadre role; completeness of basic immunizations ABSTRAK Kelengkapan imunisasi dasar dipengaruhi oleh sikap petugas, dalam hal ini adalah kader posyandu. Kader-kader posyandu merupakan sumberdaya manusia masyarakat, yang dianggap paling dekat dengan masyarakat di sekitar mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran kader posyandu dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 9-12 bulan di Desa Padamulya, Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cihaurbeuti, Kabupaten Ciamis tahun 2019. Subyek penelitian adalah 30 kader posyandu yang dipilih dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data yang terkumpul adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner dan data sekunder, lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran kader posyandu dalam kelengkapan imunisasi dasar, sebagian besar berada dalam kategori kurang (46,7%), sedangkan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar, sebagian besar berada dalam kategori tidak lengkap (63,3%). Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square menunjukkan nilai p-value 0,001, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran kader posyandu dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar.
