The purpose of this study was to improve the gross motoric skills of children through pingguin gymnastics, so it can be concluded that pingguin exercise can improve the gross motoric skills of B2 children in TK TKal of Lampineung Dolog in Banda Aceh City. The results showed that in the description of observations of children's activities in the first cycle the number of acquisitions with categories did not yet appear 20% (4 children), categories began to appear 80% (16 children) categories developed according to expectations and categories very well developed none. While the second cycle there was no category yet appeared, began to appear, the category developed according to expectation was 10% (2 children) the category of very good developing was 90% (18 children) Based on these data it can be concluded that the pingguin gymnastics method can improve the gross motor skills of children. Abstrak Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motorik kasar anak melalui metode senam pingguin, maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa dengan senam pingguin dapat meningkatkan motorik kasar anak kelompok B2 di TK TK Ikal Dolog Lampineung Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada gambaran observasi aktivitas anak pada siklus I jumlah perolehan dengan kategori belum muncul 20% (4 anak), kategori mulai muncul 80% (16 anak) kategori berkembang sesuai harapan dan kategori berkembang sangat baik tidak ada. Sedangkan siklus II tidak ada kategori belum muncul, mulai muncul, kategori berkembang sesuai harapan adalah 10% (2 anak) kategori berkembang sangat baik adalah 90% (18 anak) Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode senam pingguin dapat meningkatkan motorik kasar anak.
