<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the appreciation of the number of motor vehicle theft in the Ciamis District Police, Ciamis Regional Police. People who do not need to place their vehicles will cause a person's intention to commit a crime. The Ciamis police station not only did repressive effort to prevent criminal acts of fraud but also prevented and pre-emptive activities by Bhabinkamtibmas from providing appeals to the public through door-to-door activities. Research related to knowing the role of bhabinkamtibmas through the implementation of door-to-door sambang activities by Bhabinkamtibmas and the factors that influence the implementation. knife that used to analysis used are role theory, management theory and 6 M. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and using research methods descriptive analysis and collecting data through interviews, observations, and document review. With research located in the jurisdiction of the Ciamis Police Station. This research uses the Republic of Indonesia National Police Chief Regulation No. 3 of 2015 about Polmasto analyze door to door sambang activites by Bhabinkamtibmas to prevent the motor vehicle theft. Findings resulting from the study show that Bhabinkamtibmas is not in accordance with the SOP because there are some factors that influence, that are the factor of facilities and infrastructure, human resource factors, and budgetary factors and door-to-door resources which are not suitable for all communities. Based on the results of the research, author reccomended to made e the Whatsapp group based on the community in society, to build a working relationship between organizations by means of an integrated manual or information system, the creation of Bhabinkamtibmas home office, providing training / dikjur, procurement of facilities and infrastructure that provides official vehicles, tools communication and computers. Besides that, it is also appreciated to provide rewards in the form of awards or prizes and punishment.]]>
