<![CDATA[Abstract. Family acceptance is one aspect that can affect the healing process of schizophrenic patients. Families who have not been able to receive, it will make a problem in the process of patient recovery. Therefore, the Psychosocial Rehabilitation of Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan’s psychiatric hospital provided a psychosocial rehabilitation program which one of the aims was to build a harmonious relationship between patients and families. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of family acceptance on optimism for the healing of schizophrenic patients. The program used to process this research data is SPSS for windows 22.0, and the data processing technique used is simple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 0.05 or 5%. The results show that there is a significant and positive influence between family acceptance of optimism in the recovery of schizophrenia patients, with a significance of 0,000. The value of R Square (R2) of the two research variables that have been tested is 0.391. Thus, the family acceptance variable influences 39.1% of the optimism variables for the recovery of schizophrenia patients, while the remaining 60.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. Abstrak. Penerimaan keluarga merupakan salah satu aspek yang dapat memengaruhi proses penyembuhan pasien skizofrenia. Keluarga yang belum mampu menerima menjadi problem tersendiri dalam proses pemulihan pasien. Maka dari itu, Instalasi Rehabilitasi Psikososial Rumah Sakit Jiwa Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan menyediakan program rehabilitasi psikososial yang salah satu tujuannya untuk membangun hubungan harmonis pasien dengan keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerimaan keluarga terhadap optimisme kesembuhan pasien skizofrenia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik Non-Probability Sampling tipe Sampel Jenuh. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 orang keluarga pasien skizofrenia dan pasien skiofrenia yang mengikuti program di Instalasi Rehabilitasi Psikososial Rumah Sakit Jiwa Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan. Program yang digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian ini adalah SPSS for windows 22.0, dan teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 atau 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara penerimaan keluarga terhadap optimisme kesembuhan pasien skizofrenia, dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Adapun nilai R Square (R2) dari kedua variabel penelitian yang telah diujikan sebesar 0,391. Dengan demikian, variabel penerimaan keluarga memengaruhi sebesar 39,1% terhadap variabel optimisme kesembuhan pasien skizofrenia, sedangkan sisanya 60,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini. ]]>
