Abstract

ABSTRAK INTEGRASI ASPEK LINGKUNGAN DALAM PERENCANAAN PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM TENAGA LISTRIK. Optimasi dengan menggunakan program WASP hanya menghasilkan solusi optimum dari sudut pandang ekonomi. Hasil optimasi ini perlu dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut seperti analisis dampak lingkungan. Analisis penggabungan antara optimasi dari segi biaya pengembangan dan dari segi biaya lingkungan dengan mengacu ke metode yang dikembangkan oleh ANL dan IAEA telah dilakukan. Metode ini diterapkan untuk menganalisis pengurangan emisi S02 pada pengembangan sistem tenaga listrik Jawa-Bali. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kasus introduksi PLTN lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan dengan kasus penerapan peralatan proteksi lingkungan (FGD).   ABSTRACT INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT IN THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM EXPANSION PLANNING. Optimization using WASP program only produce optimum solution from economic point of view. This result was necessary to be further analyzed by including environmental impacts analysis. An integrated optimization analysis of expansion investment and environmental point of view by referring to the method developed by ANL and IAEA has been done. This method was applied to analyze S02 emission reduction in the Jawa-Bali electrical power system. The result shows that nuclear power plant introduction case was more beneficial than environmental protection application (FGD) case.
