<![CDATA[Tingkat stres yang tinggi yang dihadapi oleh perawat didalam bekerja akan sangat mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien dan secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi ritme kinerja para perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan stress kerja dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara yaitu sebanyak 70 orang. Sampel berjumlah 60 Responden. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Kolmogorov Smirnov Test. hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan tingkat stress dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% menunjukan bahwa nilai ρ Value (0,038) < α (0,05). Disarankan pimpinan Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara untuk lebih memperhatikan beban kerja bagi perawat yang ada di ruang rawat inap sehingga tidak terjadi stres kerja yang berlebihan yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Abstract High stress levels faced by nurses in the work will greatly affect the quality of nursing care provided to patients and will indirectly affect the rhythm of the performance of the nurses. This study aims to determine the relationship of work stress with the performance of nurses in Mental Hospital in Southeast Sulawesi province in 2016. This study is a descriptive analytic with cross sectional study. The population in this study are all nurses in the Psychiatric Hospital of Southeast Sulawesi province as many as 70 people. A sample of 60 respondents. The statistical test used is Kolmogorov Smirnov Test. the results showed no correlation with performance stress levels of nurses in Mental Hospital of Southeast Sulawesi province with a confidence level of 95% indicates that the value ρ Value (0,038) <α (0.05). Advised the leadership of the Mental Hospital of Southeast Sulawesi province to pay more attention to the workload for nurses in the inpatient unit so there is no excessive work stress that can affect the performance of nurses.]]>
