ThepurposeofthisresearchistoinvestigatetheeffectofTQMpracticesimplementationwhichconsistsofleadership,strategicplanning,customerfocus,informationandanalysis,peoplemanagement,andprocessmanagementonemployeeperformanceatPT.Daya Cipta Kemasindo Tangerang.Thepopulationwere400employeesand270employeesasrespondent.Thesampleobtainedbasedonsimplerandomsamplingmethod.BothdescriptivestatisticandStructuralEquationModelling(SEM)were employedtotesttheeffectamong variables.
