Abstract

The purpose can maximize holistic and integrative early childhood development. For tutor (educator) who are child centered in approach, it is essential that play be an important component of the educational process. Component of educational process can find, through: (1) understand and implemented fuctional play concept, (2) understand and implemented constructive play concept, (3) understand and implemented dramatic play concept, and (4) understand and implemented games with rules. Play is real. It helps children learn about their world naturally. Children use play to test idea, discover relationships, abstract informations, express their feeling and ideas, define themselves, and develop peer relationships. Active players develop and accumulate their own knowledge about their world and their place in it. Tutor (educator) is a profession. Early childhood management program is how to manage early childhood academic program by providing play experiences.Keywords: softskill, tutor, early childhood management academic program
