<![CDATA[Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan WoG antara kementerian dan lembaga di tingkat pusat serta diantara level pemerintahan yang berbeda dan untuk memahami perspektif WoG dalam pelayanan yang terintegrasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode deksriptif kualitatif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa praktek WoG dalam pelayanan publik dilakukan salah satunya adalah dengan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP). Dengan pola ini menyatukan seluruh sektor yang terkait dengan pelayanan publik, di mana pelayanan publik disatukan dalam satu unit pelayanan saja, dan rantai izin sudah dipangkas menjadi 1 (satu) saja. This study aims to determine the application of WoG between ministries and agencies at the central level as well as between different levels of government and to understand WoG's perspective on integrated services. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study indicate that the practice of WoG in public services is carried out by means of one stop service (PTSP). With this pattern it unites all sectors related to public services, where public services are united in one service unit only, and the permit chain has been trimmed down to 1 (one) only.]]>
