<![CDATA[Abstrak: Kota Batu merupakan kota berbasis pariwisata dan pertanian yang pengembangan dan pembangunan berfokus pada sektor pariwisata dan sektor pertanian. Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk dan meningkatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi, kondisi sektor pertanian Kota Batu mulai terancam akibat alih fungsi lahan pertanian ke lahan terbangun guna mendukung sektor pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alih fungsi lahan pertanian (sawah) ke penggunaan non pertanian (permukiman, infrastruktur dan pariwisata). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis peta perubahan guna lahan 2009, 2014 dan 2019 (peta citra) kemudian diolah menggunakan analisa GIS serta melakukan analisa factor penyebab alih fungsi lahan yang dilakukan. Hasil Analisa menunjukkan perubahan penggunaan lahan yang terjadi berdasarkan peta citra tahun 2009 hingga 2019. Penggunaan lahan sawah mengalami penyusutan sekitar 6,19 % sedangkan lahan permukiman bertambah sekitar 5,46 %. Berdasarkan analisa faktor diperoleh hasil bahwa desakan keuangan serta sektor pertanian bukan pekerjaan yang perlu dipertahankan adalah penyebab pemilik lahan melakukan alih fungsi lahan sawah yang dimiliki.Abstract: Kota Batu is a city focused on tourism and agriculture whose growth and development is directed towards the tourism sector and the agricultural sector. Together with the growing population and economic growth, Batu City's agricultural sector has begun to be challenged due to the conversion of agricultural land into built-up land to sustain the tourism industry. The objective of this study is to identify the conversion of agricultural land (rice fields) to non-agricultural uses (settlements, infrastructure, and tourism). The research method used is to analyze land use change maps in 2009, 2014 and 2019 (image maps) and then to analyze the causes of land use change using GIS analysis. The findings of the study indicate that improvements in land use occurred from 2009 to 2019 based on the map of the photos. The use of paddy fields has dropped by around 6.19%, while residential land has risen by around 5.46%. Based on the analysis of the factor, the result shows that financial pressure and the agricultural sector that is not a job that needs to be maintained is the landowner's cause for changing the function of his own paddy fields.]]>
