Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan kultur Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMA Negeri 1 Slogohimo. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, sementara itu uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasilnya adalah 1) Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMA Negeri 1 Slogohimo dengan mengacu pada panduan pelaksanaan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak sudah diterapkan walaupun ada beberapa indikator yang belum diterapkan serta pelaksanaan program tersebut kurang disosialisasikan kepada warga sekolah dan stake holder lainnya. 2) Pengembangan kultur Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMA Negeri 1 Slogohimo ditanamkan melalui unsur ide atau nilai berupa artefak fisik disekolah, aktivitas penanaman nilai antara lain: nilai nasionalisme, nilai berprestasi, nilai kesopanan, nilai religius, dan nilai kedisiplinan, dan hasil nilai berupa perilaku budaya.Kata Kunci: Sekolah Ramah Anak, Kultur Sekolah, Pengembangan, Nilai.AbstractThe aims of this research is to describe the cultural development of Children Friendly Schools in SMA Negeri 1 Slogohimo. The design of this research is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive research approach. The data collection techniques which used are observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman, while the data validity test used source triangulation and technique. The results of this research were 1) Children Friendly School Program in SMA Negeri 1 Slogohimo based on implementation of Children Friendly School had been already apply meanwhile, there were some indicators did not apply yet. And then, the implementation of the program was less sosialized to the school’s member and the other stake holder.2) Development of the culture of Children Friendly School in SMA Negerei 1 Slogohimo was give through the idea like physical artefact in the school, the activity of giving the values such as: nationalism values, students achievment values, politness values, religion values, and discipline values and also the result of behaviour values.Key words : Children friendly school, Cultural School, Development, Values.
