Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: 1) Kebijakan penyelenggaraan program sekolah berbasis pesantren di SMP Ali Maksum Krapyak Yogyakarta; 2) Bentuk integrasi 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat; 4) Solusi mengatasi faktor penghambat kebijakan.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala bagian kurikulum, guru, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulandata yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen utama denganmenggunakan lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Kebijakan penyelenggaraan program sekolah berbasispesantren adalah pengorganisasian pelaksanaan, kesiapan 2) Integrasi sekolah dan pesantren 3) Faktor pendukung: Pemerintah, Nahdlatul Ulama, Yayasan Ali Maksum, komite sekolah, komunikasi warga sekolah, kekompakan pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, serta sarana prasarana. Faktor penghambat meliputi: keadaan sarana prasarana kurang merata 4) Solusi yang dilakukan sekolah meliputi: mengoptimalkan sarana dan prasarana sebagai media penunjang proses pembelajaran, sinergisitas pesantren dengan sekolah.Kata kunci: Kebijakan, sekolah berbasis pesantren, SMP Ali Maksum Krapyak YogyakartaAbstractThe study describes: 1) The policy of organizing the pesantren-based school program in SMPAli Maksum; 2) Form of integration 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors; 4) Solution to overcome resistor.This research is qualitative with descriptive method. The subject is the head of the curriculum,teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The main instrument using observation sheets and interview guides. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The results of the research show: 1) The policy of organizing school programs based on pesantren is organizing the implementation, readiness 2) Integration of schools and pesantren 3)Supporting factors: Government, Nahdlatul Ulama, Ali Maksum Foundation, school committee, school community communication, educator cohesiveness, and infrastructure.
