Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Palebon Semarang dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Palebon Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XII SMK Palebon Semarang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan jumlah 233 siswa, sampel penelitian sebanyak 70 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi dan kuesioner, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel praktik kerja lapangan dalam kategori sangat baik dan masing-masing variabel motivasi belajar dan sosial ekonomi orangtua dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik kerja lapangan, motivasi belajar dan sosial ekonomi orangtua secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 40,6%. Adapun secara parsial praktik kerja lapangan terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 31,36%, motivasi belajar terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 11,36% dan sosial ekonomi orangtua terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 6,97%. Berdasarkan hasil simpulan, saran yang diajukan yakni pihak sekolah perlu menumbuhkan rasa senang mencari dan memecahkan masalah dalam diri siswa. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence entrepreneurship interests of student in SMK Palebon Semarang and to know the most dominant factors that affect entrepreneurshing interests of student in SMK Palebon Semarang. Population of this research was the students of class XII SMK Palebon Semarang in Academic Year 2015/2016 with the number of students 233, and the sample was 70 students. Proportional stratified random sampling was used as the sampling technique. Documentation and questionnaires was the collcting data method, descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression was the analytical data method. Descriptive analysis result shown that variable of field work practice in very good category and each variables of learning motivation and social economic of parent in high category. Research results shown that field work practice, learning motivation and social economic of parents influence simultaneously toward interest of entrepreneurship outcomes 40.6%.Practice of field work toward interest of entrepreneurship outcomes 31.36%, learning motivation toward interest of entrepreneurship outcomes 11.36% and social economic of parents toward interest of entrepreneurship outcomes 6.97%. Based on the conclusions, suggestions are proposed that the school needs to grow a sense of pleasure finding and solving problems in students.
