<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the effect stocking density on growth and determine the effect on the survival of saline tilapia. The experiment was conducted at the Aquaculture Technology Laboratory and the time of the study was from February to August 2021. The experiment was designed according to a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications so that there were 12 experimental units. The factors tested were differences in stocking density of tilapia with treatment A: 10 fish/20 liters, treatment B: 15 fish/20 liters, treatment C: 20 fish/20 liters, and treatment D: 25 fish/20 liters. Growth data and survival rate (%) were analyzed using analysis of variance for RAL, then LSD test (Least Significance Different) was performed. Observations of water quality include temperature, DO, pH, and salinity. The result of the analysis of variance showed that the difference in stocking density had a significant effect on growth, but on the survival rate had an insignificant effect. The results of the BNT test on growth showed that treatment A was not significantly different from treatments B and C, but treatments A, B, and C were significantly different from treatment D.
