FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN FREKUENSI KUNJUNGAN ANTENATAL CARE PADA IBU HAMIL MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI PUSKESMAS PEKAUMAN BANJARMASIN

Abstract

Abstrak Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemeriksaan antenatal care pada masa pandemi COVID-19 adalah kecemasan ibu dalam memeriksakan kehamilan karena takut tertular COVID-19. Sehingga menyebabkan cakupan ANC rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan frekuensi kunjungan ANC pada ibu hamil masa pandemi COVID-19 di Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin. Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi adalah ibu hamil trimester 3 aterm berjumlah 92 orang. Sampel berjumlah 74 orang. Pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Tempat penelitian di Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin dari 26 April-23 Mei 2021. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi buku KIA dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ibu berusia tidak beresiko sebesar 73%, paritas tidak beresiko sebesar 63,5%, pengetahuan baik sebesar 63,5%, dukungan suami sebesar 77%, pendidikan tinggi sebesar 58,1%, sikap positif sebesar 66,2%, ibu yang patuh melakukan kunjungan ANC sebesar 70,3%, ada hubungan usia dengan frekuensi kunjungan ANC, tidak ada hubungan paritas dengan frekuensi kunjungan ANC, ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan frekuensi kunjungan ANC, ada hubungan dukungan suami dengan frekuensi kunjungan ANC, ada hubungan pendidikan dengan frekuensi kunjungan ANC, dan ada hubungan sikap dengan frekuensi kunjungan ANC. Ibu yang patuh melakukan kunjungan ANC dapat mempertahankan pemeriksaan kehamilannya dan ibu yang tidak patuh agar bisa meningkatkan kunjungan ANC. Kata kunci: ANC, COVID-19, Frekuensi Abstract The obstacle faced in antenatal care examinations during the COVID-19 pandemic was the mother's anxiety in checking her pregnancy for fear of contracting COVID-19. This causes low ANC coverage. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the frequency of antenatal care visits to pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic at Pekauman Health Center Banjarmasin. This research uses descriptive analytic with cross sectional method. The population is pregnant women in the third trimester of term totaling 92 people. The sample of 74 people. The sampling is purposive sampling. This research was conducted at Pekauman Health Center Banjarmasin from 26 April to 23 May 2021. Data collection using questionnaires and KIA book observations with Chi-Square. The results of study showed that mothers aged not at risk of 73%, parity was not at risk of 63.5%, good knowledge of 63.5%, the husband supports 77%, higher education of 58.1%, the positive attitude of 66.2%, obedient to ANC visits of 70.3%, there is a relationship between age and frequency of ANC visits, there is no relationship between parity and frequency of ANC visits, there is a relationship between knowledge and frequency of ANC visits, there is a relationship between husband's support with the frequency of ANC visits, there is a relationship between education and the frequency of ANC visits, and there is a relationship between attitudes and the frequency of ANC visits. Mothers who are obedient to ANC visits can maintain their pregnancy checks and mothers who are not obedient to increase ANC visits. Keywords: ANC, COVID-19, Frequency
