Abstract

المستخلص: الهدف: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو ايضاح درجة الأحاديث الواردة في كتاب "التنبيهات الواجبات" للشيخ محمد هاشم أشعري وشرحها . الطرق:إخراج كل حديث من مصادره الأصلية مع بيان درجة الحديث وشرحه بضوابط فهم السنة عند الإمام الشافعي. النتائج: كل أحاديث في "التنبيهات الواجبات" صحيح والعمل به واجب فأما احتفال المولد بالمنكرات كما حكاه المصنف فمن استهزاء واستهانة بالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.
