<![CDATA[ABSTRAKStroke adalah suatu penyakit deficit neurologis akut yang disebabkan oleh banyak faktor risiko (multikausal) dan interaksi antar faktor risiko tersebut dapat meningkatkan risiko untuk terkena stroke dimasa mendatang. Pemahaman akan pencegahan dan pengenalan penyakit stroke akan bermanfaatuntuk meminimalkan dampak serangan stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat faktor risiko stroke dengan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang deteksi dini penyakit stroke. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisa statistic korelasi dari Spearman Rank. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat faktor risiko stroke dengan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap deteksi dini penyakit stroke di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawat Inap Cempaka (p = 0,66; α = 0,05).Kata-kata kunci: stroke, faktor risiko stroke, deteksi dini stroke, pengetahuan.ABSTRACTStroke is an acute neurology deficit disease which is caused by many risk faktors(multicausal)and interaction of that risk faktors can increase risk to get stroke in the future. Comprehensive prevention and identification of stroke disease will be useful to reduce the impact of stroke attack. This researchaimed to know the relationship between the level of stroke risk faktors and people knowledge about early detection of stroke disease. This research was analytical with Cross Sectional approach. The respondents of this research was 40 peoples. Analysis data used correlation statistical from Spearman Rank.
