<![CDATA[Abstract The objective of this research is to find out how the contribution of SOEs in the economic sector in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic which threatens economic stability and the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic in the economic sector. The research method used was qualitative by following the typology of normative legal research. The research data were collected by means of literature and document studies. The data that has been collected will be identified and arranged systematically and written descriptively and analyzed qualitatively. The research results obtained are: 1. Contribution of SOEs in the economic sector in the context of facing the Covid-19 pandemic, including a. The State Electricity Company (PLN) which contributes to providing free electricity assistance; b. PT Jamkrindo and PT Askrindo contributed in providing credit guarantees; c. Pegadaian, PNM, and BRI contributed in providing interest subsidy incentives. 2. The consequences arising from the Covid-19 pandemic in the economic sector include household consumption or people's purchasing power of the economy which has decreased drastically, there is prolonged uncertainty so that investment weakens and has implications for the cessation of business, and the whole world is experiencing economic downturn so that Commodity prices fell and Indonesian exports to several countries also stopped.Keywords: Role of SOEs, Covid-2019 Pandemic, Economic Sector, Contribution. AbstrakTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi BUMN dalam sektor ekonomi dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 yang mengancam stabilitas ekonomi serta akibat yang timbul dari adanya pandemi Covid-19 pada sektor ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan mengikuti tipologi penelitian hukum normatif, data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan cara studi pustaka dan dokumen. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan diidentifikasi dan disusun secara sistematis serta dituliskan secara deskriptif dan dianalisa secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu : 1. Kontribusi BUMN pada sektor ekonomi dalam rangka menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 diantaranya a. Perusahaan Listrik Negara(PLN) yang berkontribusi dalam memberikan bantuan listrik gratis; b. PT Jamkrindo dan PT Askrindo berkontribusi dalam melakukan penjaminan kredit; c. Pegadaian, PNM, dan BRI berkontribusi dalam memberikan insentif subsidi bunga. 2. Akibat yang timbul dari adanya pandemi Covid-19 pada sektor ekonomi diantaranya adalah konsumsi rumah tangga atau daya beli masyarakat terhadap ekonomi menjadi turun drastis, adanya ketidakpastian yang berkepanjangan sehingga investasi ikut melemah dan berimplikasi pada terhentinya usaha, dan seluruh dunia mengalami pelemahan ekonomi sehingga harga komoditas turun serta ekspor Indonesia ke beberapa negara juga terhenti.Kata kunci : Peran BUMN, pandemi Covid-19, sektor ekonomi, kontribusi.sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.]]>
