Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang manajemen BK tanpa alokasi jam pembelajaran di SMAN 3 Semarang. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, responden penelitian adalah stakeholder dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Hubberman (1992). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SMAN 3 mempunyai perencanaan cukup baik, pengorganisasian cukup baik, pelaksanaan kurang baik dan evaluasi cukup baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah manajemen BK tanpa alokasi jam pembelajaran di SMAN 3 Semarang kurang baik, prosesnya sama dengan manajemen BK pada umumnya dan idealnya ada alokasi waktu untuk BK agar berjalan efektif. The purpose of this research is determine about management of guidance and counseling without time allocation SMAN 3 Semarang. This research is qualitative, research respondens is stakeholder, and techniques of data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis using Miles and Hubberman models (1992). Results showed that SMAN 3 Semarang had good enough planning and organizing, bad actuating, and good enough evaluation. The conclusion of this research is that the management of guidance and counseling without time allocation SMAN 3 Semarang is good enough, the process is same with general guidance and counseling management, and ideally guidance and counseling have time allocation to run effectively.
