<![CDATA[This study explains the effect of teacher pedagogical competence in SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu significantly positive effect on student motivation in SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu, meaning that the better the pedagogical competence of teachers, the Student Learning Motivation will also be better. The most influential dimension is on developing students' potential Teacher Personality Competencies at SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu have a significant positive effect on student learning motivation at SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu, meaning that the better the Personality competencies of the teacher will further increase Student Learning Motivation. The most influential dimension is how to be a role model for students Teacher Professional Competence at SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu has a significant positive effect on student learning motivation at SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu, meaning that a teacher who is getting better at his professional competence will also increase Student Learning Motivation. The most influential dimensions are objective, inclusive and non-discriminatory behavior. Teacher Social Competence at SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu has a significant positive effect on student learning motivation at SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu, meaning that the better the social competence, the Student Learning Motivation will also increase. The most influential dimensions are effective, empathic and polite communication with the community Together, the factors of teacher competence, teacher discipline and student motivation have a significant positive effect on student learning motivation at SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu. The total effect together is 83% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined. Of the four variables developed the teacher's pedagogical competency factor has the highest contribution, followed by the professional competence factor, then social personality. Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru di SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Motivasi belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu, artinya makin baik kompetensi pedagogik guru maka Motivasi Belajar Siswa juga akan menjadi lebih baik. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh ada pada mengembangkan potensi siswa. Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru di SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Motivasi belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu, artinya makin baik kompetensi Kepribadian yang dimiliki guru maka akan makin meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh adalah bagaimana menjadi teladan bagi siswa. Kompetensi Profesional Guru di SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Motivasi belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu, artinya seorang guru yang makin baik dalam kompetensi profesionalnya maka akan turut meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh ada pada perilaku obyektif, inklusif dan tidak diskriminatif. Kompetensi Sosial Guru di SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Motivasi belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu, artinya makin baik kompetensi sosial maka Motivasi Belajar Siswa juga akan meningkat. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh adalah erkomunikasi secara efektif, empatik dan santun dengan masyarakat. Secara bersama-sama, faktor kompetensi guru, kedisiplinan guru dan motivasi belajar siswa bepengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Motivasi belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Karangampel Indramayu. Total pengaruh secara Bersama- sama adalah 83 % sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari keempat variabel yang dikembangkan faktor kompetensi pedagogik guru memiliki kontribusi yang paling tinggi, dilanjutkan dengna faktor kompetensi profesional, kepribadian kemudian sosial.]]>
