Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen penyelenggaraan pelatihan otomotif dalam mempersiapkan warga belajar memasuki dunia kerja dan hambatan-hambatan penyelenggaraan pelatihan otomotif dalam mempersiapkan warga belajar memasuki dunia kerja di BLKI Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian yaitu Kasi Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan, 2 instruktur dan 3 warga belajar, sementara informan yaitu Kepala BLKI Semarang, Kasubag Tata Usaha, Kasi Program dan Evaluasi serta 1 tim FMD. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen penyelenggaraan pelatihan otomotif dalam mempersiapkan warga belajar memasuki dunia kerja meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi. Hambatan yang dialami yaitu hambatan dalam pembelajaran, fasilitas sarana prasarana pelatihan, fokus perhatian, partisipasi warga belajar dan pengawasan para lulusan.This study aimed to describe the management of automotive training in preparing learners to enter the world of work and obstacles automotive training event in preparing learners to enter the workforce in BLKI Semarang. This study used a qualitative approach to data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The research subject is the Head Operation Training, 2 instructors and 3 residents to learn, while informants BLKI Chief Semarang, Head of Administration, Head of Program and Evaluation as well as one team FMD. The validity of the data using triangulation source. Data analysis techniques to the stage of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The study concluded that the management of automotive training in preparing learners to enter the world of work includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation. Barriers experienced that barriers to learning, training facility infrastructure, the focus of attention, participation of the learners and supervision of graduate.
