This study aims to determine whether the work environment affects the performance of employees at the Office of Community Empowerment and Kampung Jayapura City, the object of research at the Office of Community Empowerment and Kampung Jayapura City. The sample in this study were 35 respondents, the data was analyzed using simple regression. The results of this study indicate that the work environment variable greatly affects the performance of the employees of the Office of Community Empowerment and Kampung Jayapura City.
