PENGARUH KOMPENSASI , MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Pada Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation and competence on employee performance in the Tourism Office of West Sulawesi Province. The number of employees at the Department of Tourism of West Sulawesi Province, as many as 41 people, the sample in this study was the entire population of 41 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection is done by conducting interviews and interventions to sub-sections in order to obtain primary and secondary data, to employees who are sampled in this study. The results of this study indicate that partially the compensation, work motivation and competence variables on employee performance in the Tourism Office of West Sulawesi, while the work motivation variable is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at the West Sulawesi Tourism Office. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Jumlah pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Sulawesi Barat , sebanyak 41 orang , sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan populasi yaitu 41 responden . teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda . pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dan intervensi ke sub bagian dalam rangka mendapatkan data primer maupun sekunder, kepada pegawai yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variable kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata Sulawesi Barat, sedangkan variable motivasi kerja merupakan variable paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata Sulawesi Barat.
