<![CDATA[Good pharmacy practice (GPP) is a pharmaceutical service standard that has not been implemented well enough because the presence of pharmacists still lacks in pharmacies. This study aims to see the relationship between the presence of pharmacists and the implementation of GPP. This study uses a cross-sectional survey design. Data were collected in February-April 2019 in Denpasar City using a questionnaire and analyzed using a binary logistic test. The results showed the presence of pharmacists had a significant influence on the implementation of GPP (P <0.05). The presence of pharmacists at the pharmacy increases the safety of the drug procurement system through official channels and interactions with patients regardless of social status. Special attention is needed to improve reporting of drug side effects and patient medical records through practice schedules that are in line with pharmaceutical service standards.]]>
