Abstract

Tinggi rendahnya kinerja akademik mahasiswa dipengaruhi banyak faktor. Penelitian ini mencoba menguji apakah kecerdasan spritual, kecerdasan emosional, dan efikasi diri akademik sebagai prediktor kinerja akademik. Disamping itu juga menguji mediasi efikasi diri akademik pada pengaruh kecerdasan spritual, kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja akademik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto. Populasi penelitian  adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan  Ekonomi stambuk 20162018 FE Unimed yang berjumlah 324 orang. Sampel ditetapkan 35% atau sebanyak  113 mahasiswa dan diambil secara proportional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah  instrumen dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliablitas. Uji prasyarat data dilakukan  dengan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinieritas serta uji hipotesis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdesan spiritual, kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri akademik terbukti sebagai prediktor kinerja akademik. Efikasi diri akademik terbukti memediasi pengaruh  kecerdesan spiritual, kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja akademik. Keyword: Efikasi Diri Akademik, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual, Kinerja AkademikImpact of Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Mediation of Academic Self-Efficacy on Student Academic Performance  Many factors influence the level of student academic performance. This study tries to test whether spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and academic self-efficacy are predictors of academic performance. Moreover, it also examines the mediation of academic self-efficacy on the effect of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence on academic performance. This type of research is ex post facto. The study population was all students of the 20162018 Economic Education Study Program, Economic Faculty in Universitas Negeri Medan, totaling 324 people. The sample was set at 35% or as many as 113 students and was taken proportionally. The data collection techniques used were instruments and documentation. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability. The data prerequisite test was carried out using the normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test, pat analysis as hypothesis testing. The results showed that spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and academic self-efficacy were proven predictors of academic performance. Academic self-efficacy has been shown to mediate the effect of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence on academic performance.  Keywords: Academic Performance, Academic Self-Efficacy, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence
