<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the accountability of employee performance for the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration program in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 161 people whose land certificates were issued in the PTSL program with the sampling of this study using the Slovin formula in order to obtain a sample of 64 people based on incidental sampling techniques. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS statistics 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the accountability of employee performance in the PTSL program in Bulo Village, Sidrap Regency is in a good category with a result of 79.4%. The result of implementing the PTSL program in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was 78.8%, which means that it is in the good category.
