<![CDATA[Preeklampsia adalah hipertensi pada kehamilan diatas usia 20 minggu disertai adanya gangguan organ dan proteinuria, yang merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian ibu di Indonesia. Angka kejadian preeklampsia di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar tahun 2020 masih tinggi yaitu 20,23%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran ibu bersalin dengan preeklampsia di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian deskriptif observasional. Pelaksanaan bulan Mei 2021 dengan teknik total sampling. Sampel berjumlah 209 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui pencatatan register dan rekam medik pasien. Analisis data menggunakan univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran ibu bersalin dengan preeklampsia di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar tahun 2020 mayoritas preeklampsia dengan gambaran berat (84,21%), umur ibu 20-35 tahun (67,94%), paritas 1-4 (57,42%), jumlah janin satu (97,61%), umur kehamilan matur (53,11%) dan tidak ada penyakit penyerta (84,69%). Kejadian preeklampsia mayoritas terjadi pada ibu dengan masa reproduksi sehat, sehingga tenaga kesehatan diharapkan dapat melakukan deteksi dini faktor resiko preeklampsia dengan asuhan antenatal terpadu dengan pelayanan “10 T”.Kata kunci: Preeklampsia;Ibu Bersalin;Karakteristik Preeclampsia is hypertension in pregnancy over the age of 20 weeks accompanied by organ disorders and proteinuria, which is one of the causes of maternal death in Indonesia.
