<![CDATA[Impact caused by stroke include weakness or paralysis of limb as well as visual impairment due to limited field of view. This causes the inability of stroke sufferers in their daily activities independently. They become dependent on others around him. Requiring family support in the form of instrumental, informational, judgmental and emotional support. This study aims to determine family support in post-stroke elderly in the Village Karangsono District Sukorejo Pasuruan. The design of this research is descriptive study of case study with consist of 2 subject as respondent according to criterion specified. The study was conducted on February 20, 2018 - February 23, 2018. The data was collected by interview. The results showed that family members were able to provide various forms of support to stroke patients, namely instrumental support, informational support, awards support, and emotional support. Subjects provide instrumental support by providing services, materials, daily needs, informational support with information about stroke, healing and prevention methods, award support by giving praise and encouragement, emotional support by listening to complaints]]>
