<![CDATA[AbstrakKesuksesan dalam berbisnis sangat tergantung dari bagaimana perusahaan mampu untuk menyediakanapa yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen dengan jumlah dan waktu yang tepat. Hal yang mendasar darisebuah produksi adalah bagaimana menyediakan bahan baku produksi sesuai dengan jumlah yangdibutuhkan dan waktu yang tepat agar tidak terjadi biaya persediaan yang tinggi. Saat ini PTDirgantara Indonesia memproduksipesawat dengan berbagai jenis atau tipe pesawat salah satunyapesawatNC-212i. Pengendalian persediaan raw material metal untukproduksi pesawatNC-212ipadaPT Dirgantara Indonesia direncanakan dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity(EOQ) dengan tujuan untuk meminimalkan total biaya persediaan dalam 1 periode produksi (1 tahun).Untuk mengetahui titik dilakukan pemesanan kembali digunakan perhitungan Reorder Point (ROP) danuntuk mengetahui kuantitas minimal persediaan agar tidak terjadi stock out digunakan perhitunganSafety Stock. Data yang digunakan yaitu data yang berasal dari data produksipesawatNC-212ipadatahun 2018. Terdapat4data raw material metal dengan kondisi yang berbeda-beda pada tiap 1 periodeproduksinya.
