Upaya membantu guru membuat e-ulangan melalui metode SHOPING menggunakan whatsapp

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assist teachers in making online test questions (e-tests) through online workshop activities or workshop daring (shoping) using whatsapp application. One of the obstacles of the teacher on pandemic Covid-19 is doing an assessment of students while undergoing learning at home. Therefore, in order for the task to remain effectively carried out, solutions are taken using digital technology that can still do tasks even at home such as learning assessments, school management and digital supervision. This study answers the challenges faced by teachers, and provides activities such as what can overcomethese problems. The method used is conducting an online workshop (shoping) using WhatsApp for teachers in making online test questions (e-tests) where the results obtained are analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results shown through the online observation sheet to the teacher are 98% can make e-tests easily, 86% use is quite easy, but the constraints that occur 6% stated network problems and cellphone ownership. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membantu guru dalam pembuatan soal ulangan online (e-ulangan) melalui metode workshop daring (shoping) menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp. Salah satu kendala guru pada masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah melakukan penilaian kepada siswa selama menjalani pembelajaran di rumah. Oleh karenanya supaya tugas tetap efektif dilaksanakan diambil solusi dengan menggunakan teknologi digital yang tetap dapat mengerjakan tugas walau di rumah seperti penilaian pembelajaran, pengelolaan sekolah danpengawasan secara digital. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan workshop daring (shoping) penggunaan WhatsApp bagi guru dalam pembuatan soal ulangan online (e-ulangan) dimana hasil yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang ditunjukan dengan melalui lembar observasi secara online kepada guru yaitu 98% dapat membuat e-ulangan dengan mudah, 86% penggunaannya cukup mudah, namun kendala yang terjadi 6% menyatakan masalah jaringan dan kepemilikan handphone.
