<![CDATA[The high level of legal awareness ini area will create a civilized society, and legal awareness also needs to be built from early age so that they no longer wait after the occurrence of violations and actions taken by law enforcers. Society in general also has a low level of legal awareness, resulting in legal problems. For this reason, prevention efforts are very important and must start form within they family as the smallest part in society, therefore there needs education related to inculcating legal awareness in the family. The puprpose of this activity is to provide counseling related to the cultivation of legal awareness in the family. The method of implementing this activity is counseling related to education about inculcating legal awareness in the family, the object in this service activity is the community of Mata Allo village, Bontomarannu sub-district, Gowa district, South Sulawesi Province. The instrument used in the counseling were pretest dan postest questionnaires. The results of this service after being given education and material exposure to participants on average do not understand legal awareness as seen form the results of pretest 45 and postest results 78. The conclusion from this activity is the knowledge of participants about legal awareness is increasing. Suggestions for Mata Allo Village for educational activities to inculcate legal awareness to increase it will be carried out again continue so that public knowledge increases.]]>
