<![CDATA[Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor produktivitas kerja mempengaruhi pembuatan Lipa’ Le’leng masyarakat adat Kajang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pembuat lipa’ le’leng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan studi pustaka. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu Sarung tenun hitam sangat penting di daerah adat Ammatoa, karena menjadi salah satu pakaian wajib yang harus dikenakan ketika upacara adat. Harga pasaran sarung tenun khusus lipa’ le’leng di jual dengan kisaran Rp 500.000 hingga Rp 1.500.000 perlembar dan tidak di jual permeter Tujuan pembuatan sarung tenun hitam adalah sebagai mata pencaharian untuk membantu dan menunjang perekonomian penduduk setempat. Bahkan pembuatan sarung tenun hitam atau lipa’ le’leng sangatlah bermanfaat untuk menjaga dan melestarikan budaya lokal. Sarung hitam atau lipa’ le’leng harganya cukup mahal sehingga masyarakat sangat diuntungkan dengan hasil penjualan untuk menghidupi keluarganya. Selain meningkatkan pendapatan, pembuatan sarung tenun atau lipa’ le’leng bisa menjadi subsektor ekonomi kreatif dan berperan dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja. Namun hal ini tidak bisa terlaksana karena kurangnya dukungan dari pemerintah setempat. Sarung tenun hitam atau lipa’ le’leng kainnya tebal dibandingkan dengan sarung lainnya. Kualitasnya tahan lama dengan pemakaian minimum 5 (Lima) tahun. Kata Kunci: Produktivitas Kerja; Lipa Le’leng ; Ekonomi. Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out how the factors of work productivity affect the manufacture of Lipa' Le'leng of the Kajang indigenous people. The subject of this research is the community that makes lipa' le'leng. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews and literature study. The results of the study are that the black woven sarong is very important in the Ammatoa traditional area, because it is one of the mandatory clothes that must be worn during traditional ceremonies. The market price of special woven gloves for lipa' le'leng is sold in the range of Rp. 500,000 to Rp. 1,500,000 per sheet and is not sold per meter. The purpose of making black woven sarongs is as a livelihood to help and support the local people's economy. Even the manufacture of black woven sarongs or lipa' le'leng is very useful for maintaining and preserving local culture. The black sarong or lipa' le'leng is quite expensive, so the community will benefit greatly from the sale proceeds to support their family. In addition to increasing income, the manufacture of woven sarongs or lipa' le'leng can be a sub-sector of the creative economy and play a role in creating jobs. However, this could not be done due to the lack of support from the local government. The black woven sarong or lipa' le'leng is thicker than the other sarongs.
