<![CDATA[This study aims at finding out and describing the influence of academic supervision and teacher professional allowance on teacher performance. This study uses quantitative method of correlational research. The population is taken from 218 teachers from SMA Negeri Sub Rayon 04 and 05 Kab. Oku Timur, South Sumatra Province. Research samples are 66 people with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using questionnaires conducted in October 2020. The data was analyzed using correlation and double regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant influence of academic supervision on teacher performance; (2) there is an influence of teacher's professional allowance on teacher performance; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of academic supervision and teacher professional allowance on teacher performance. That means the implementation of academic supervision and the provision of teacher professional allowances can improve teacher performance.]]>
