<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the validity, practicality and usefulness of the development of learning videos based on the Scientific approach for fourth grade elementary school. The type of research used by the researcher is research and development (Research and Development) which goes through 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The learning media used were in the form of an existing learning video which was then developed into a scientific approach-based learning video for elementary school students. Based on the analysis, the percentage of media experts obtained is 96.5% with the "Very Good" criteria, and the percentage results from material experts are 95.8% with the "Very Good" criteria. Based on these results, it is known that the scientific approach-based learning video media is valid to be used as a student learning media. In the results of the percentage of teacher responses to learning video media based on a scientific approach of 92.5% and the results of the percentage of students by 95%. Based on the percentage results, it can be seen that the learning video media based on the scientific approach of theme 6 sub-theme 2 is practical and effective for fourth grade elementary school students.]]>
