<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaruh Covid 19 sebagai Overmacht (Keadaan Memaksa) terhadap berbagai pihak dalam setiap perjanjian. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian hukum empiris (nondoctrinal). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Covid 19 sebagai Overmacht (Keadaan Memaksa) terhadap berbagai pihak dalam setiap perjanjian. Dalam hubungan ini para pihak, khususnya debitur gagal atau tidak dapat menunaikan kewajiban akibat terkendala oleh adanya Covid 19, hal mana debitur tidak dirumahkan atau diberhentikan dari pekerjaan sehingga tidak memiliki dana guna menunaikan kewajiban sebagai debitur. Bahwa implikasi hukum dengan adanya Covid 19 sebagai overmacht (Keadaan Memaksa) terhadap para pihak dalam setiap perjanjian, yakni bahwa debitur harus dibebaskan dari denda, dan diberi kemudahan dalam menunaikan kewajibannya. The research objective to analyze the effect of Covid 19 as an Overmacht (State of Coercion) on various parties in each agreement. The type of research is empirical legal research (nondoctrinal). The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between Covid 19 as an Overmacht (State of Coercion) on various parties in each agreement. In this connection, the parties, especially the debtor, failed or were unable to fulfill their obligations due to being constrained by Covid 19, in which case the debtor was not laid off or dismissed from work so that he did not have the funds to fulfill his obligations as a debtor. That the legal implications of the existence of Covid 19 as an overmacht (State of Coercion) against the parties in each agreement, namely that the debtor must be freed from fines, and given convenience in carrying out his obligations.]]>
