<![CDATA[Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memahami dan menelaah dasar hukum, pengaturan kedepannya bagi perlindungan hukum perlindungan terhadap korban Kekerasan Berbasis Gender Online (KBGO) di Era Pandemi Covid-19 serta memahami dan menelaah upaya yang dapat dilakukan bila terjadi Kekerasan Berbasis Gender Online (KBGO) di Era Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian merujuk pada perlindungan hukum terhadap korban Kekerasan Berbasis Gender Online (KBGO) di Era Pandemi Covid-19. Secara umum pengaturannya ditemukan di Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2006 Tentang Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban. Akan tetapi, untuk perlindungan hukum yang sesuai diberikan kepada korban Kekerasan Berbasis Gender Online (KBGO) belum diatur secara khusus dalam Undang-Undang Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2006 Tentang Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban maupun ketentuan hukum lainnya. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Korban Kekerasan Berbasis Gender Online (KBGO), Era Pandemi Covid-19 ABSTRACT This research aims to understand and examine the legal basis, future arrangements for the protection of Online Gender-Based Violence (KBGO) in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic and understand and examine efforts that can be done in the event of Online Gender-Based Violence (KBGO) in the current Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic.This research uses normative legal research methods. This research approach uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results refer to the legal protection of victims of Online Gender-Based Violence (KBGO) in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. In general, the arrangement is found in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945 and Law No. 31 of 2014 on Amendments to Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims. However, appropriate legal protection provided to victims of Online Gender-Based Violence (KBGO) has not been specifically regulated in Law No. 31 of 2014 on Amendments to Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims or other legal provisions.
