<![CDATA[Hipertensi menjadi masalah kesehatan di seluruh belahan dunia dan sebagai salah satu faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskular. Hipertensi juga disebut sebagai penyakit tidak menular, karena hipertensi tidak ditularkan dari orang ke orang. Berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas 2018) prevalensi hipertensi di Indonesia sebesar 34,1%. Ini mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan prevalensi hipertensi pada Riskesdas Tahun 2013 sebesar 25,8%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sumber informasi dengan kepatuhan pasien hipertensi terhadap penggunaan obat generik di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mane Kecamatan Mane. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik, desain cross sectional dengan memberikan wawancara dan kuesioner serta mengukur variabel pada saat bersamaan, dan responden hanya diukur satu kali. Total populasi pasien 270 pasien dan diambil 72 pasien menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada tanggal 01 November sampai dengan 06 November 2021. Analisis Data menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan CI 95%. Hasil Penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diperoleh bahwa hubungan kepatuhan pasien hipertensi terhadap penggunaan obat dengan penegtahuan (p=0,002) dan sumber informasi (p=0,004). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sumber informasi dengan kepatuhan pasien hipertensi terhadap penggunaan obat generik. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk lebih meningkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terutama pada penyakit hipertensi. Serta dilaksanakannya program edukasi dan promosi mengenai kepatuhan dalam menjalankan pengobatan. It is hoped that health workers will further improve the quality of health services, especially for hypertension.
