Abstract

Pelayanan Kefarmasian adalah suatu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud mencapai hasil yang pasti untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian rumah sakit harus menjaga kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan karena hal tersebut sangat berpengaruh pada kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan farmasi di instalasi farmasi rawat jalan RSUD Cut Nyak Dhien Aceh Barat. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara survei analitik, dengan pendekatan cross sectional mengunakan instrumen penelitian yaitu kuesioner yang diberikan pada pasien rawat jalan RSUD Cut Nyak Dhien Aceh Barat Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada variabel kehandalan didapatkan tingkat katagori puas 78,7% dan kurang puas 21,3%, variabel ketanggapan persentase tingkat katagori puas 72,0% dan katagori kurang puas 28,05%,variabel keyakinan didapatkan tingkat katagori puas 97,3% dan katagori kurang puas 2,7%, variabel empati dapat dilihat tingkat persentase katagori puas 82,7% dan kurang puas 17,3%, dan variabel fasilitas didapatkan persentase katagori puas 68,05% dan katagori kurang puas 32,0%.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pasien, Pelayanan Kefarmasian, Rumah Sakit, Instalasi Farmasi.Pharmaceutical service is a direct and responsible service to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations with the aim of achieving definite results to improve the quality of life of patients in carrying out pharmaceutical services. Hospitals must maintain the quality of services provided because it greatly affects patient satisfaction. Objective to analyze patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the outpatient pharmacy installation at Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital, Aceh Barat. Methods this research was conducted by analytic survey, with a cross sectional approach using the research instrument, namely a questionnaire given to outpatients at the Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital, Aceh Barat. Results on the reliability variable, the level of the satisfied category is 78.7% and 21.3% less satisfied, the responsiveness variable is the percentage level of the satisfied category is 72.0% and the dissatisfied category is 28.05%, the confidence variable is 97.3% satisfied. and 2.7% less satisfied category, empathy variable can be seen the percentage level of satisfied category 82.7% and less satisfied 17.3%, and facility variable obtained percentage of satisfied category 68.05% and dissatisfied category 32.0%.Keywords: Patient Satisfaction, Pharmaceutical Services, Hospital, Pharmacy Installation.
