Abstract

Masa nifas merupakan masa yang dimulai setelah selesai persalinan dan berakhir disaat alat-alat kandungan kembali seperti keadaan sebelum hamil. Angka kematian ibu terbesar terjadi pada masa nifas. Masa pandemi covid-19 pelayanan masa nifas menjadi terhambat hal ini disebabkan karena ibu nifas tidak melakukan kunjungan nifas untuk menghindari penularan virus covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap ibu terhadap kunjungan nifas pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kopelma Darussalam Banda Aceh. Penelitian bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh ibu nifas yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kopelma Darussalam sebanyak 38 orang, sampel penelitian ini diambil secara total populasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan pengumpulan data secara membagikan kuesioner yang telah dilaksanakan tanggal 11 sampai dengan 16 Desember 2021. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh variabel pengetahuan (p value=0.001, OR=6.000) dan sikap (p value=0.0001, OR=62.000). Kesimpulan ada pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap ibu terhadap kunjungan nifas pada masa pandemic covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kopelma Darussalam Kota Banda Aceh. Saran diharapkan pada petugas kesehatan dan ibu nifas agar dapat tetap melakukan kunjungan nifas dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan.Kata Kunci : Kunjungan nifas, pengetahuan, sikap, pandemi covid-19 The postpartum period is a period that begins after delivery and ends when the uterine organs return to their pre-pregnancy state. The greatest maternal mortality rate occurs during the puerperium. During the Covid-19 pandemic, postpartum services were hampered, this was because postpartum mothers did not make postnatal visits to avoid transmission of the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mother's knowledge and attitudes on postpartum visits during the covid-19 pandemic in the Kopelma Darussalam Health Center Work Area, Banda Aceh. The research is analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who were in the working area of the Kopelma Darussalam Health Center as many as 38 people, the sample of this study was taken as a total population. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data collection by distributing questionnaires which had been carried out from 11 to 16 December 2021. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate. The results of the study obtained variables of knowledge (p value = 0.001, OR = 6,000) and attitudes (p value = 0.0001, OR = 62,000). The conclusion is that there is an influence of mother's knowledge and attitude towards postpartum visits during the covid-19 pandemic in the Kopelma Darussalam Health Center Work Area, Banda Aceh City. Suggestions are expected for health workers and postpartum mothers to continue to make postpartum visits by complying with health protocols.Keywords: Postpartum visit, knowledge, attitude, covid-19 pandemic
