<![CDATA[Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) These play an important role in the National Economy. Empowerment of MSMEs is important in efforts to increase economic growth and development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-Commerce in advancing MSMEs in Binjai City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The type of data used is primary data. The primary data in this study came from MSME actors in the city of Binjai who use E-Commerce. The population of this research is MSMEs in the city of Binjai. The technique of collecting data is by using a questionnaire and then processing it with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used statistical test. The results of the study indicate that the probability value (Sig) of 0.001 < 0.05, this proves that the application of e-commerce has a significant effect in advancing micro, small and medium enterprises in Binjai City. While the value of R square is 0.182 or 18.2%, which means that the application of e-commerce has a significant effect on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises in the city of Binjai, with a description of the very low category coefficient interpretation.
