KONTRIBUSI SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP FLOW AKADEMIK PADA MAHASISWA BIDIKMISI FIP UNP

Abstract

Contribution of selfefficacy to academic flow in bidikmisi student FIP UNP. The aim of this research is to determine the contribution of self-efficacy to academic flow on Bidikmisi students in FIP UNP. The design of this study is correlational quantitative. The research’s samples are 44 Bidikmisi students FIP UNP class of 2015-2018 as the sample. Purposive sampling technique is used in this study. The self-efficacy scale is needed in this research has 48 statements with reliabilities value 0,967 and Academic Flow scale has 34 statements with reliabilities value 0.969. The technique of analysis data using in this research is Sample Linier Regression. To sum up of this research is there is a positive contribution among self-efficacy to the Academic flow toward Bidikmisi student FIP UNP with (r) 0,901 and the value of p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Therefore, Ha that is submitted in this research is accepted. This study indicates that self-efficacy has contributed to academic flow with R-square 81, 2 %. Kontribusi self-efficacy terhadap flow akademik pada mahasiswa bidikmisi FIP UNP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi self-efficacy terhadap flow akademik pada mahasiswa bidikmisi di FIP UNP. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 orang mahasiswa bidikmisi FIP UNP angkatan 2015-2018. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala self-efficacy yang terdiri dari 48 butir pernyataan dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,967 dan skala flow akademik yang terdiri dari 34 butir pernyataan dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,969. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan antara self-efficacy terhadap flow akademik pada Mahasiswa Bidikmisi FIP UNP dengan (r) 0,901 dan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Sehingga Ha yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berkontribusi terhadap flow akademik dengan R Square sebesar 81,2%.
